This fire resulted from a tenant leaving the exhaust fan running in the bathroom, overheating and
dripping hot plastic on the floor and starting the fire. Thankfully there was no one home at the time
and no lives were lost. There was also some water damage that occured to ceilings throughout the
building and these issues will be address as the job progresses
