| The Beginning
In 2004, a new way was envisioned to provide home renovation services in the Fargo, North Dakota/ Moorhead, Minnesota metropolitan area. Paragon Renovations was founded to apply its knowledge and experience to the renovation industry. Paragon is a veteran owned business with its owner served in the United States Marine Corps and you can find my company also listed at http://www.veteranownedbusiness.com
The Present Paragon is operational and has completed several remodeling project thus far including bathrooms, basements and roofing. I have spent extensive hours trying to incorporate new innovative products for its clients. The most recent addition is rendering services. I have started to offer my clients a way to envision and see their project before hand. I know that sometimes my visions and those of my clients are not always the same so this is a tool to overcome that. The renderings give a person a chance to walk through a 3 dimensional environment and feel the finished environment. Despite recent downturns in the industry I am committed to improvise and weather the storm for the projected turn around possibly as late as spring 2010. We are also looking at developing some affordable housing in the area of new construction. The homes that are being explored are smaller scaled houses ranging between 750 and 1500 square feet in size. This smaller scale will result in lower energy costs, lower operation expense and most of all houses that everyone can afford to buy. The american dream should be for everyone not just for those who can afford it. | | The Future I see Paragon Renovations going into the future with great momentum. I want to develop an environment where client services are second to none. I believe that if the client is satisfied so is the company because Paragon cannot exist without clients! I want to develop an environment that is also conducive to employee satisfaction. These individuals are the backbones of companies and how the client sees the employee is a direct reflection of how they see the company. There are too many high caliber employees taken for granted and not rewarded for what they do, I intend to change that and keep my employees satisfied. I believe in a shared values system where the client, the employee and the company all share the same values it is a simple equation for success!
