The Beginning

In 2004, I envisioned a new
way to provide  home renovation services in the Fargo, North Dakota/ Moorhead, Minnesota metropolitan area.  Paragon Renovations was founded to apply my knowledge and experience to the renovation industry.  I am a veteran having served in the United States Marine Corps and you can find my company also listed at http://www.veteranownedbusiness.com

The Present

Paragon is getting geared up.  I am currently taking appointments for projects and am currently insured.  Paragon carries a general liability policy of $300,000 single incident and $600,000 aggregate.

Regarding bonding which one client has already inquired about, a three way bond can be set up if the client so wishes to do so but special circumstances would have to exist.  The reason for a bond not being necessary is because my general liability policy covers most bond issues.  A bond will cover non performance issues and other liability matters and those items are covered under my general liability policy.

I am currently licensed with a class "D" and is valid for contracts not in excess of $50,000.

The Future

I see Paragon Renovations going into the future with great momentum.

I want to develop an environment where client services are second to none.  I believe that if the client is satisfied so is the company because Paragon can not exist without clients!

I want to develope an environment that is also conducive to employee satisfaction.  There are too many companies out there that take their employees for granted.  These individuals are the backbones of companies and how the client sees the employee is a direct reflection of how they see the company.  There are too many high caliber employees that are taken for granted and not rewarded for what they do, I intend to change that and keep my employees satisfied.

I believe in a shared values system where the client, the employee and the company all share the same values it is a simple equation for success!
