Q: What is Paragon Renovations?

A: Paragon Renovations is a full-service renovation company serving the F-M area.

Q: How do you charge?

A: That depends entirely upon the job. Some jobs are calculated through estimated

labor and materials, this is what is called an estimate . Paragon will always try

to be as precise as possible with estimates.

Another method is a bid and this a set rate where you will know ahead of time

exactly what the job is going to cost you. These jobs are exactly what they say

they are and any unforseen expenses will be discussed for authorization to go

further keeping you in control of the expenses.

Some jobs are time & material and would be where unusual conditions may exist.

An example of a time and materials job would be a situation where there is

no clear explanation of what is causing the situation and may uncover added

expenses as the job progresses.

Q: Do you guarentee your work?

A: ABSOLUTLY!!! Paragon guarentees their work with a 1 year warranty.

Q: Do you guarantee the materials you obtain for a job?

A: Paragon warranties the products it uses consistent with manufacturer's warranty.

We will always select the highest quality product that the individual project allow.

Paragon will NEVER knowingly use inferior products, EVER.

Q: What are my payment options?

A: I accept Check, Cash, Money Order or Cashier's check. I may consider other

payment options with prior arrangements.

Q: What is Paragon's HOMETASK service?

A: Paragon offers what I call the HOMETASK SERVICE.

This is a unique service where Paragon returns on a regular basis and performs
routine services for homeowners. Paragon comes to your home and performs
small tasks that need to be done.

I customize a special service list for your home maintenance needs. I schedule
regular visits to ensure quality maintenance and all you have to do is make a list,
it is that easy! The convenience of this special service is you don't have to worry
about how soon a person might be available you already have your prescheduled
person and I will cater specifically to you!

Another benefit of the service is I will keep a log of all maitainance done on the
house and if you should sell your house you have a log to give to the new
homeowner! This is much like the maintenance records you keep for your car.
Then there is no questions of when what or who.

     Q:  Does Paragon offer investment property owners repair services?

     A: Yes. Paragon will perform property maintenance for investment property owners.
          I will perform services on an on call basis and if it needs someone else to
          accomplish the task I will make the arrangements for you to get the job done!
          This allows you to concentrate on other concerns rather than spending all of your
          time on the phone! This service is easy, affordable and most of all convenient!


     Q: Are you bonded?

     A: No. Paragon does not carry a bond because we maintain a general liability
          policy to cover such instances. A three-way bond can be established between
          a client, Paragon Renovations and Paragon's insurer State Farm^tmInsurance at
          extra expense and in special circumstances however most bond issues ARE
          covered by Paragon's general liability policy.


     Q: Are you insured?

     A: YES. Paragon carries general liability insurance in the amount of $300,000 single
          incident and $600,000 aggregate. This covers any damage to your property.


     Q: Are you licensed?

     A: YES. Paragon is currently licensed in the State of North Dakota.
          Paragon Renovations has a class "D" general contractor's license.
          I am also registered with the State of North Dakota's Secretary of State
         Trade Registration #22,947,400. I am also registered as a remodeler in
          Minnesota.
