Thank you for all your hard work. I have to admit I was very suprised how quickly it
all came together in the end. And the result is as good as new. We could not have asked
for more. You did a beautiful job and we are so lucky that Dean at Steamatic recommeded you.
It is nice to meet someone who actually cares about their clients and is obviously dedicated to
doing the best job posssible for them. You were very respectful and personable while inour home,
even chatting up the kids to make them feel comfortabl;e having a "stranger" iin the house.
It was reassuring to have 100% confidence that you wanted to help us out, you showed empathy.
From day one I felt like I could trust you. You seemed extremely knowledgeable and very interested
in helping us solve our problem. I hope we don't have to use your services again but if we ever do,
